This Cookie Policy explains how CloviTek LLC (operating the CloviTek platform; "CloviTek," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies across platform.clovitek.com, dash.clovitek.com, and the tenant workspaces we provide. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help a site remember your session, preferences, and security state. We also use similar technologies such as tokens and local/session storage.
Cookies We Actually Use
The CloviTek tenant application (WorkDo Dash / Laravel) currently sets essential and functional cookies only. Based on our platform configuration, we do not currently load third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies (no Google Analytics/GTM, Meta Pixel, or similar tags) in the tenant application. | Cookie / Technology | Type | Purpose | Examples |

We do not currently set Analytics/Performance, Marketing/Advertising, or third-party tracking cookies in the tenant application. If we add any in the future (for example, if analytics is later wired into the tenant UI), we will update this Policy, list them here, and obtain consent where required.
Consent and the Cookie Banner
Where a cookie consent banner is enabled, strictly necessary cookies are set without consent (they are required for the Services to function), while any non-essential cookies will only be set with your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via the consent controls. The consent banner links to this Cookie Policy and to our Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using core features. Because we currently use essential cookies only, opting out of non-essential cookies does not affect site functionality.
Third-Party Services
While the tenant application does not set third-party tracking cookies, the broader Services rely on sub-processors (payment processors, AI providers, media/CDN, and others) listed in our Privacy Policy. Some embedded or linked third-party content may set its own cookies governed by that party's policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified by in-app notice and/or email.
